I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff were all very personable and friendly, they were happy and helpful with picking out brands and strains and seemed to be enjoying what they do. The decor is pretty standard for a medical dispensary but the stand out staff really made this dispo shine and that’s why I’m giving it five stars.

POOR SERVICE. SO RUDE. DIDNT GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR. HER ATTITUDE WAS ON 10. SHE WAS JUST NASTY. SHE WAS JUST OUT RIGHT DISRESPECTFUL. JUST FIRE HER. THROW THE WHOLE LADY AWAY.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve been in ever they were very knowledgeable and very kind and polite would recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the best dispensary in Key West. The employees are knowledgeable, polite and just plain delightful. I appreciate the daily emails that keep me informed of their many great “specials”. They have a Loyalty program which is great.

Absolutely the most welcoming place. The vibe is so chill and relaxed! The staff listens and will help you keep track of the strains that achieve the desired therapeutic effect. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! You tell them the problem they help fix it with recommendations!

I know literally nothing about mmj except I can only take when I sleep. I was asking questions and person helping me, was looking at me like I was crazy. Eyes matter. If a person know nothing, explain it to them. She seemed new. But, not helpful. Products I have tried are good, customer service with this one particular person, needs to improve! Let me add I only use one hit or a few drops before I close my eyes. You non sleepers out there should TRY this. This had made a massive difference in quality deep sleep. Pain does not wake me, instead when I wake up I have pain (if that makes sense). Quality sleep is essential towards quality of life. I usually go about once every 9 months. I had tried using this when it first came available with terrible results. I cannot stand being high or mind altered. Giving up on it for a few years, researching it some more and taking right before I go to sleep, has made a BIG difference. The employees should be kind, caring and compassionate and understand not everyone uses this stuff and has the knowledge about it that you have. Be patient and share your knowledge.
