This is the worst - I repeat the WORST dispensary I’ve ever dealt with. They double dispensed me (stole from my prescription) and then told me some story about how they had to email the state in order for me to get my prescription back; meanwhile I was left with 0 on my prescription and was in need of my medicine. Because of FLUENTs error, and then poor customer service — I was robbed of the little left on my prescription and then was not allowed to purchase and was denied my medicine. Horrible people.

Fluent is the best… The store is located conveniently in Kendall and it was an awesome smooth experience. Gabriel really took the time to help me out and figure out what was the best bang for my buck. Place is clean and great energy, thanks Gabriel!!

Worst dispensary horrible customer service all about sales care less about u and they short u on flower hate to take returns I’m going to report them as much as I can they are no good go to another location belive me,notice the little nuga that looked ripped and they throw two big ones .Watch em

cool environment no pressure and good strains

Came today at 8:30 on the dot and “manager” refused to sell me anything. Wack customer service, wack prices, and everything wack overall. The only good thing they have is TreeOFive cones and they dont even make those themselves.

I’m a customer from 2019 and always purchase at the Fluent dispensary. My only concern about this dispensary at kendall is how disrespectful and unprofessional staff. No to mention rude. In my last 4 visits they make me wait and pass customers in front of me. For no reason

First time going to fluent, and it was an amazing experience. The inside is decorated very nicely and the staff is the nicest of any dispensary i have ever been to, including trulive/madmen/surterra. the prices are legit unbeatable, this place may be a hole in the wall but trust me it is worth it to try!
