Trulieve Key West Dispensary

Of the 3 Downtown Dispensaries, Trulieve offers the best value oriented location for smoking products. They do not offer Topicals for Pain Relief. For that, only their competitor MUV is the Best Option.

Ordered on 19 March 2023, four items and a lighter. I went to the store an hour later and was told that it would be at least an hour wait. I asked if I could just buy the lighter and comeback later and was told it will be an hour wait. What a SCAM!!! Do yourself a favor, go to MÜV or Surterra. Way better customer service and way better product.

I really like truelieve never had a problem professional staff great products nice store fronts. however the location in key West I was greeted by the most unfriendly older women staff member. She told me they didn't care if their store sold any product. So I left without product went to muv. Feel bad for u bud tenders no tips with the hag up front. Go to muv more professional staff great product.

It was difficult trying to figure out what I wanted as there are no menus .. the tender jus kinda starts throwing out names and THC %. It also took 45 min from start to finish with only a few people waiting. I got 2 premium indica strains for $65 each... The Flower was Very Good.

Vape cartridges gum up the works. No matter what form of paraphernalia you are using. they leak into the mechanism making it difficult to draw a hit. Furthermore there customer service could use some help. Never leave someone hanging for 40 minutes without an explanation.

While I like the Trulieve product, I was not impressed with the wait time (30 minutes for a pickup order with only one person ahead of me) and the fact that one employee was so high, he couldn’t do anything but stare at his phone and giggle.

Ridiculous wait times. The way this place is set up too, is like they have Pablo Escobar in the back.. If you have a guest with you, they cannot speak or ask questions or anything because they don't have a med card... Trulieve should be ashamed of themselves for helping to hold back the industry with their ridiculous secrative-ness. Go to Surterra. Surterra has little to no wait times, way better location, and they have no problem with letting people look and even ask questions if they wish...

This place is awesome, great rotating inventory. Sean is super nice always greeting me with a smile and he even lets me know when my card is about to expire, super helpful guy. Also Christina helped me with some meditation stuff she is super nice. This great place is made better with the staff that goes out of their way to connect with customers.

I always have a good visit here. Liam has helped me several times and is thorough and patient and truly wants you to get exactly what you want. 5 stars for sure. Thanks, guys!

Got the officer orange flower and it has a great taste and Heidi in the front desk surely brighten my day up with her positive energy as well as the budtender seje who also was very positive and very knowledgeable on the products

So thankful there is such a wonderful location here in the keys with such great employees like Heidi who offers cold water upon arrival and just gets you in and out seamlessly. Only dispo I come to in the keys, keep up the great work!

My favorite of the dispensaries on the island! The variety they have along with great sales and specials is of corse what brought me in at first but now its the staff there that keeps me coming back! Theyre amazing and so helpful they're always there to tell you about any promotions or extra savings going on Meyline and Libby helped me today and were amazing definitely love the staff for making every stop in a great experience!!! Very nice location. That was my 1st going there so they had to put me in the system which took along time and then along time for them to call me back so I ended up leaving with out purchasing anything. I will give them another try though.

Ryan helped me plan how to medicate without heat or eating!! He gave me good pointers on best use of CBD :-)
