I go to the natural life orange park location pretty often and they are always very kind and helping when ever i come in. They always go out of their way to provide the best service possible and the deals provided are some of the best you can find. The quality of their kratom and delta 8/9 products are great, the store is awesome.

I’ve bought Kratom from vape shops and online but the customer service was always 😑 I had questions that just couldn’t get answered because the staff wasn’t informed enough about the product or there wasn’t a place to even ask. Walking into the Orange Park NL store can’t even be compared! They took the time to answer every single question I had - I had to have been in there for about 30-45 minutes. The prices were more reasonable than what I ever paid online or in a vape shop (and def more than that garbage in gas stations). 😀 Right away you can see you are getting quality- they also had so many other products of things I had been looking to try - but didn’t want to buy online! This is now my go to shop for Kratom and mushroom drinks! Even if I have to drive 25 minutes to get there when a vape shop that is 2 minutes away has stuff! 🤗🤗 I’m even thinking about giving kava a try again after 20 years! 😊

First of all, this is hands down the best place to buy kratom in Jacksonville. It’s high quality, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Dakota, the store manager, is awesome. Really really great store Im glad I moved to Jacksonville!

Nehemiah was great help and more knowledgeable about kratom and kava than other shops I’ve been to. I wasn’t too pleased with my first purchase he recomended (not his fault), so when I went back to try a different product, he hooked me up for the inconvenience, which was unexpected and appreciated.
