Trulieve Panama City Beach Dispensary

Look I know y’all have some great deals this weekend, but I placed my order 18 hours ago. I need my medication! What’s going on up there?

Love love love everyone I've met here. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I've had. Jason upfront is the sweetest and I love when I come into the store and see his face!!!

Short 15 minute wait and I was in and out with what I could get, with all the help I needed....Product was limited this go around. Overall B+

They need better prices. I can go elsewhere and get just as good or better meds.....

No matter what is available on the website about an hour after I've placed my order....they don't have it almost every order. In addition if they do have it I still end up sitting in the waiting area a minimum of 30 minutes while they take walk-ins over pre-order and mobile check ins. Speaking to anyone there about it does nothing.

The Trulieve products are very high quality if you choose the better of their selection. I highly recommend this store because of the awesome concentrates that you can't get anywhere else in town or on the beach (PCB)!!!!

Professional, clean, and decent product. Usually the flower is pretty dried out, but it's still decent smoke.

You order stuff online when you get there they tell you it is out. The employees hate working there. Called to get help w stuff not being there when ordering and couldn't get a call back from a supervisor. Will never go there again.

The new website setup does not work. They give no information about what qualities the products have. All other sites give detailed information about what is in the product but this one

3 days fresh out of surgery i find myself searching for a break through pain reliever ,so, off to Trulieve! Not wanting to leave the bed , but the pain making it necessary, I was called back by Rich. He immediately noticed my discomfort and went to find me a chair to ease my discomfort while shopping! i explained my situation to Rich who guided me very knowledgeably to a THC product that I would have ever considered trying. The store was clean,the product is impressive and Rich presented a informative and pleasant experience. I look forward to returning for more of the products.

Occasional miscommuncations but they make it right. Highly recommended, shopping exclusively here for years. The manager lady on 2/18/23 in the afternoon was top-notch. Thank you.

Staff is always friendly when seeing them and products from flower, to vapes to crumble are the best i have tested so far, No other dispenseries i have been to are as good as trulieve.

After my visit today, I won’t be going back for a long time. The wait times are awful. I spent 45 minutes in the lobby waiting to just be called back. When I got there the wait time was listed as 23 minutes. It used to be a little better. There are plenty of other dispensaries with great product and sales to choose from.

When several calls to place order for delivery, I keep getting "no support agents are available to take your call, please call back later", followed by disconnecting. With so many other dispensaries in Panama City Beach now delivering as well, Truelieve may want to do a little better. Customers will do business with the other dispensaries that welcome their business. Products are good, customer service...not so much.
