GO GREEN CBD - WELLINGTON

I would like to know how a 14 year old is able to come in the store in the Wellington Green mall and buy your products??????

Went in to the store to look for flower CBD. The gentleman directed me to the Just CBD products. I asked him how much the cartridges were, and he told me they were 40 dollars and it included a battery. I said okay, I’ll buy a cartridge and a pre roll. Fast forward 15 minutes later to when I get in the car, I check the receipt and the cartridge was only 30 dollars and the battery was 8.99. If he would’ve told me the truth about the pricing, I would’ve only bought the cartridge as I have plenty of batteries at home. On top of that, the cartridge doesn’t even scan and the batch number isn’t recognized…. Unfortunately they don’t do refunds either… very disappointed. Be warned.

So I bought from this place multiple times without being 21 years old and never got carded so this place is known to sell to underage kids. The customer service is will push you out if you don’t agree with what they want to do. Overall product isn’t the best either, definitely better places to get products.

This store is beautiful, clean and bright. The customer service was amazing. The manager was working today and was knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining the specific products. He asked questions in order to more fully understand what I wanted. Not pushy, just knew what he was talking about! I will definitely be back!

I would not go here the the CBD concentrate was all over the top of the lid all over the side of the the bottle and it was so sticky I probably lost like 3 of grams and the guy said you can't just scrape it off so I had a bad experience going there my first time I would never go there again cuz the way they treated and they didn't care that I was losing about ,2 of concentrate

Walked into their store the other day just to see employees selling nicotine to a group of minors who looked like they belonged in middle school without an id...

Lola was so nice and there selection was great definitely coming back!

This wonderful young lady, Antonia Nahia helped my mother find the perfect cbd for her needs and was extremely kind and understanding to our situation, I’m not too sure who the manager is but she deserves some serious appreciation and a raise 😤😉

All of my experiences have been wonderful. Antonia is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and has been so patient and helpful. She took the time to get to know me and my health issues. She rememberers me every time I come into the store. I truly appreciate this incredible woman. She has been a tremendous help.

My experience was awesome. I legit went in there just to look, and I ended up buying a few cool things that calmed my anxiety. Barry and the staff are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all

Best customer service ever! I didn’t know much about CBD when I went in the first time. The girl educated me on the different strengths and types. I ended up buying gummies. Second time there I bought gummies for my sister-in-law and they shipped them for me. They even text my phone the tracking number. I’m so impressed with this company.
