My experience with CBD Central was disappointing. Despite the friendly and helpful employees at the Evans and Augusta location, the products were subpar. The vape cartridges burnt out after a single day of use, and the edibles were not worth the prices. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your CBD needs. I cannot recommend this store to friends or family sadly.

Bought a vape cart and it’s defective. Only using it twice, it clogged and wouldn’t pull. Looked at it. Seal was covered and leaking. Called the store for help and was told try cleaning it. Otherwise we won’t do anything. Cleaned and shocker still doesn’t work. Asked for a manger because I spent 54.00 dollars on something that turned out to be defective. That was used TWICE. Spoke with a Jacob who as a nasty oh well don’t care attitude. Jacob goes “Not trying to be rude” when I asked for a manger. After asking three more times he finally said well you can try the North Augusta store. Maybe someone there will help you. Called the North Augusta store and was told they are not there maybe I could try to reach them on Monday. Seriously? This is business and that’s how your reps respond to selling a defective product? Half of the liquid is gone. Not because of use since it’s clogged and won’t pull anything, but because it’s leaking. Wasted 54.00 on something, was treated rudely, and offered no help in trying to reach a manger. I’ll take my business else where and advise you all do the same.

Knowledgeable staff that sell top notch products. They sell delta 8 THC that is the highest quality in the greater Augusta area.

My husband and I visited this place tonight. He has back pain from an accident years ago. The guy in the store was very knowledgeable about the products and offered great customer service. We ended up purchasing the CBD gummies and my husband is feeling very relaxed, I’m pleased as well. We will definitely be returning!!!

CBD Central is a God send. I have been having some problems with anxiety and insomnia. They suggested a single daily dose of a lavender oil with melatonin and it worked wonderfully. I had a great night sleep, and then took an regular does to handle the day. I'll be going back soon to get full size bottles. The people here have abundant knowledge of their products and can answer all your questions. I highly recommend CBD Central.

Just went into the store location the cashier name was red she was extremely rude and rolling her eyes through the whole experience. We attempted to purchase a green roads product and she tried to over charge us by more the $40 bucks. Usually when I visit this location the customer service is great today it was something that will make me reconsider doing business here again.

Staff was kinda rude. The man acted like he knew everything and didn't know anything at all. Selection was weak only had 2 kinds. To top it off they are expensive. I could have went to another CBD store with a better selection and cheaper prices if only they were open today. I will never come back to this store. Next time I will wait and go to my usual store on Belair rd.

Everytime I come in here I'm greeted with a smile. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products offered. Definitely the best CBD store in the area.

Very upset... Have arthritis so wanted to try. Girl was zero help, no information Tried for a week.DID NOTHING FOR ME.. Someone on here said could return if unhappy.. NOT! NO RETURN POLICY ON RECEIPT OR IN STORE. Man said "Can't return if open " WELL HOW WOULD I KNOW IF WORKED UNLESS I USED IT? Two TOP COMPETITORS LET UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS RETURN.ALSO COMPETITORS BOTTLES ARE TWICE AS BIG. I will file a complaint with BBB and tell EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE HERE & CONYACTING THE PARENT CO.. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE..

My husband and I went there last night for information on different products and they answered every question that we had and took the time to really explain everything to us. Great customer service!
