It's one of the most elegantly laid out shop in the category. The inventory and type of product runs the gamete, from pain relief to stress relief. The products are higher quality than anywhere else. Their products are carefully described, categorized and displayed. Lisa is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and personable. Just a good vibe in there every time. Feels good to shop small in Evanston.

I appreciate the broad/deep knowledge level of each of the people who have helped me. I never feel that I am getting a "pat" response. I love the willingness to give pros/cons of different products. Most importantly, I get relief from my muscular dystonia from Botanica's suggestions/products.

I visited Botánica CBD last week and indeed Beautifully laid out store and well display products premium products $$. I don’t quite sure if the staff were friendly or not🤔🤔🤔 Hi thanks for the respond to my review. It’s weird that google shows that I posted this a month ago. I was there before Covid. (Like 2 years ago) As I mentioned before: great display of products -height quality but the day that I was shopping I was the only one there with the two employees and they were not really in a hurry to help me out with my purchase or suggestions items to shop.

I can't recommend this place enough. I received concientuous and informative care from one of the co-owners, who basically gave me a whole CBD 101 when I expressed a need for a bit of guidence. It was a really nice experience and the products are excellent. You can tell these ladies really care about their customers. This is also a great place to go if you want to support women-owned small businesses!

The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever symptoms you are experiencing. They ALWAYS let you sample their products and offer 10% off for joining their reward program.
