BEYOND / HELLO Normal Cannabis Dispensary

I called over 15 times to try to confirm they were open as I could not make a reservation any sooner than 6 hours out. Nobody answered the phone. They wouldn’t let me shop, but the person behind me was allowed to. The gal running the register was pretty rude about the situation, careless to the fact that her negligence regarding answering the phone cost me $20 in gas and 2 hours of my time, only to be turned away after having tried to do my due diligence to place an order as they request. Front desk girl complained that it was a matter of them being short staffed, but my buddy that was right behind me confirmed they had a good 5 people in the back, which is more than I normally see in here. At least my friend was allowed to shop. Lesson learned, never make a reservation here, you will be treated as lower priority.

Good prices but does not prioritize medical patients. At all. If you have a med card look elsewhere.

Called literally 14 times couldn’t bother to pick up even to say one moment please or anything just oh we were busy when I got there and they wasted my time

They have extremely high taxes and they beyond slow!!!! Customer service is not great, everything there is slow motion. First and last time. I’m highly disappointed

This store we as headed in the right direction after the debacle that was the previous store. More stock, cheaper prices but then corporate came in and fired half the staff. Since then your online orders rarely get filled. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. And then the town council had the audacity to refuse to license to another store to offset the balance of customers. RIDICULOUS!!

Very friendly and knowledge. Their debit card reader didn't process my card. I guess many fine work here due to some regs. They didn't point that out to me, and had to return what I was going to buy

I enjoy going here. Nice staff! Good selection of bud and it's cousins lol. Prices aren't bad but I'm medical so not paying tax is great. Stop in and see them!

Love the Normal Il location! Great people that love to help! That being said don't expect the same friendly service from the main call center. There's a guy named AJ who is very rude and overly defensive 🙄 unless you talk to the staff at the NORMAL IL location, don't bother calling because there's nothing AJ can do for you. I guarantee it

Would be higher as I love this dispensary, and they have better pricing on some products than other dispensaries. However, I've called them for 3 days (approximately 10 times), no answer, no option to leave a message. Even their own companies customer care can't get ahold of them after calling for almost 5 minutes. Frustrating beyond words. All I wanted was to check my allotment. Would have taken less than a minute if someone that works there would EVER answer the phone.

Colitis flare up. Spending 700$ called ahead to ask for curbside help and was treated bad and denied. Med card holder.

I'm new to Illinois and I just received my Provisional Letter from the state. Manager Q and the rest of the staff took the time to help me get my medical card problems resolved and I can't thank you enough for that. Computer glitches caused some delay with my purchase but everything worked out fine. Thanks.

Expensive and no quantity for flower is ever available to purchase for cheaper deals. They said its what the vendor sends but the Peoria dispo has same vendors with quantity and cheaper prices on most things

Was talking to my wife on the phone and then boom security guard harassing me .. Said I had to get off the phone which isn't state law or anything no but There own weird Paranoid policy 🙄 ... Just made my whole experience terrible 😔 won't be going back anytime soon.

Product is good. staff has been nice. However, ninety percent of the time I go there there seems to be some sort of problem or irritation. I've had much less problems at the Bloomington location.

As someone who buys recreationally, I enjoy this facility over the one in Bloomington. Their building has more room, employees are generally kinder and more helpful, and I enjoy their range of products more! Wait times can be long as with any dispensary I've been to in the area, but they have room to wait inside. The bloomington location has had me wait outside in the rain multiple times in the past due to their lack of space, which I understand. The employees at this facility in Normal have always been super helpful when needed and have even gone out of their way to provide me information and online resources without me asking! They've also remembered my name and recognize me, whereas the bloomington facility really could not care less about me being there. Much more welcoming and friendly here :) The one time I had an issue with a product, they immediately sent management out to help fix the problem and gave me a refund!

Who doesn't like weed? They also have an app, and when you rack up a certain amount of points, you can use them to practically get free weed.

Make sure to check to make sure your items are correct before you leave! I was given the wrong item and they refused to do anything about it. They blamed their 3rd party company that takes item photos and writes product descriptions. Now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want.

If you shop here walk down to the weed cabinet and watch them they like to open your canister and take a few grams before bringing it back to the counter that's why some of your weight will be on point and some will be off and they mostly do it when thier manager isn't there! Becareful they already over charge

Friendly staff, doesn't carry products I want. They use to carry it, but no longer does. I've taken my business to Pekin.
