Great dispensary, very knowledgeable staff

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had very few issues with all the product I have bought from them. Just an overall good experience when I go there. Now I just wish delivery was available lol

Great service, but the service was NOT for me.

Staff are always helpful. Looking for low dose edibles for insomnia found thw very lowest and they work way better than my sleeping pills that Dr gave me Rx for. No "hangover" in the morning and no sleepwalking at night.

Wanted to express my gratitude for the deeply compassionate care that I have received from Megan and Kelly in regards to completing my medical card renewal. I had had several attempts at doing it, and had paid for it months ago, and was having issues getting the last parts of things completed, I came into the office with Megan and then the next day with Kelly and I found them both to be deeply compassionate, attentive and ready to help me get my equilibrium back. They even provided me with a couple of small free Chillum’s that were loaded with medicine that would get me through until the finalization of the medical card status came on, later that day. I really feel like both of these great souls went way above and beyond to take care of me and I guess I really am remiss in leaving a review because I kind of feel that way every time I go to NuEra in Urbana. Thank you you guys make me feel like family.

airobrands’ website says there’s a pop up today from 3-6 and the employees don’t want to talk about it so they hang up on you. really really disappointing.

called at 11:42 to ask about a pop up shop and the guy literally hung up on me and then kept letting my call go to voicemail…..

nuE URBANA is the only place to go to be treated like family! I've had more than enough hassle from other stores. I've been a constant customer at Nuera Urbana due to the hard working and compassionate people behind the counter! Simply the best in the state!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually only go when I see a sale, but now it seems there always is one. So I am definitely becoming a regular. Quality of product overall is great. I highly recommend this dispensary.

I don't like the feel of this place. The people are somewhat nice but could be better. Half the order got cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. I'll probably avoid this dispensary in the future.

I've been a medical patient here for almost 3 years now and they are the best! The staff are all always very welcoming and excited to help with any questions you have. I've had so many great recommendations over the years and can still always find something new or learn something here. Ya'll are the best!
