I know very little of the industry and what to look for as a consumer (new to the relaxation benefits), yet felt reassured and informed after my visit. Excellent customer service, quality products, cool rewards system, these all helped earn my repeat business.

I assumed it was the owner,didn't get the gentleman's name, he was a vry nice guy,and he was very knowledgeable,he asked why did I come in,meaning health reasons,such as trying to quit smoking/inhaling, anxiety and pain,trouble sleeping,loss of appetite,depression, and the list goes on,he recommended the cbg oil,I'm here to tell you you have to give it time,after two to three day's,because it has to go through your system to actually take affect, I'm on day two one dosage in the mornings and feeling better already. Today was my first day visiting this shop. I am from Lebanon and drove to this location. The staff was knowledgeable on all products answered all my questions and the prices are amazing. They have what I was looking for and I even got a few samples which was awesome great store to visit. I highly recommend this place I will definitely be back. The delta 9 I got is amazing. I called Indy CBD Plus on behalf of my elderly mother, who was diagnosed with Covid and needed some CBD oil to help ease her discomfort. (I live out of state.) Not only did they deliver a bottle to my mom that same night (at 6:30 pm, even though they closed at 6pm), they also included an extra bottle of oil as well as a thoughtful note wishing her a speedy recovery and a list of vitamin supplements she should take. I am absolutely 100% impressed by Indy CBD's level of customer service, which far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality CBD products. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
