I've been coming to this vape shop for 6 years or more. Hands down this is the place to go for any vaping needs. The knowledge that the staff has is far superior than the handful of times I've had to go elsewhere. They are not afraid to offer suggestions or opinions regarding products, even if the price of that product is cheaper than what you were looking at. I'm the type of person who asks lots of questions and not once have I felt rushed to get the sale over and done. Thank you River City Vape Shop. In my opinion your my go to, vape shop.

I love this shop! I’m from Des Moines, but every time my daughter and I are in Clear Lake/Mason City my daughter and I stop and stock up on our favorite juices they offer. We can’t get them in Des Moines. Sure we can get them cheaper online, but the bossy lady makes it so enjoyable every visit. Great customer service from everyone every time I’ve stopped.

Brand new to the big vape game. Been using vuse for a few years and decided for a change. Met the owner of the business and with not knowing a single thing about vaping she helped me every step of the way and explained everything. Learned a lot in a few minutes I was in there. Would highly recommend this place on customer service alone.

Amazing! Hubby and I got new vapes and Brandon was awesome helped us get exactly what we needed, took his time and explained things to us. The shop looks like a place you just want to hang out and forget you still in Mason City lol We had issues with the hubby's vape he called and I ran down and got it all fixed up no worries! I absolutely love my vape it's so me and I got pink and blue the cotton candy vape juice and I LOVE IT just like fair cotton candy!

Friendly but not well stocked. The shelves are against the wall behind the counter. You can’t read any flavors or brand names. They have to walk you through everything and that was just weird. They don’t sell a lot of the normal brands so it’s a guessing game just like buying online.

Shows hours of operation was there during hours of operation but they were closed no sign anything

Really friendly and helpful staff. Helped me figure out exactly what mod I needed for MY needs. Didn’t try to up sale me. Did I pay a little more? Yes I did. And this is why I did. 1. The owner and employees live in my town. 2. If I have a problem I don’t have to box it up and ship it back and wait for it to come back. 3. If I see a new flavor I want to try they will fix you up at the vape bar I don’t have to buy a bottle of something I might not like. Thanks guys.
