Overpriced, sales staff not very knowledgeable of their sales inventory. All around I would not recommend this place. Still trying to figure out what email address their POS system automatically sent my receipt. P.S. Never said my experience was unpleasant my concern was your POS system, I still as of 3/3/2022 have not received a receipt SMS, Email, or printed, yes your products are over priced, so why would you say she is a new employee be better at comprehending what is written in a review, I said not knowledgeable of the inventory. SMH

Doesn't stand by their products. Will refer you to manufacturer websites for warranties that are impossible to actually get processed. "Not our product, we just sell it." Sad because the people that work there are great. Update: It's been two weeks since I submitted online for the warranty the owner of this shop told me was my only option. Haven't heard anything back. Beware, if they sell you a faulty product (through no fault of theirs, even) you're outta luck. Last time I had issues with a product at a different American Shaman location, they swapped the problem out for me. Didn't even hesitate. Just saying. "Stormed" lol dude I walked away.

Zachariah is extremely helpful and informative. I stopped in because I was having an adverse reaction to the MCT oil used in Daddy Burt's drops. I was given a free sample of the water soluble drops available at CBD Kentucky American and, within 15 minutes, I was better. The adverse effects of Daddy Burt's was over. And, their honey sticks are AMAZEBALLS! Check them out!
