I am always grateful for the staff. Oona has been my go to on the phone. But you must know I feel this is a well organized, sophisticated, local, knowledgeable entrepreneurship. I live out of state. And am tired of the "pop up" "CBD STORE" In my area. When I found Charm City Hemp I did my research. And I'm so grateful. They have THE BEST IN QUALITY. If by chance they may be out if a product, it is because they are back order(many people love the quality they provide). In the past year I have gotten to know the owner and staff via email and personal calls,as they always try to get a feel on everyone's different requirements. If I could give Charm City Hemp a 15 star I would.

I ordered online and my item was out of stock. They called me to let me know and we’re very quick and getting me an item I was happy with. Whoever took my call was very pleasant and she seemed happy to be at her job👍🏼That makes for a good experience. The item was due to come on Monday but arrived 2 days early. Very fast shipping. I highly recommend them!!!

I received a paper with my order to make a review, so that's what I'm doing! I received a call that the Sour Peach is out of stock or rather discontinued! I told them it shows in stock online and it still shows in stock! Make it right! It was a few days late arriving also!

I love Charm City Hemp. I have never been into their stores because I live in a different state. I do however buy online. They always get my order delivered in around 3 days. Also they have been out of something's I order and they called me right away to either substitute it or wait for the next shipment. Customer service is wonderful. I recommend them to everyone.

I recently had put in an order online and accidentally put the wrong address and emailed them about it and they fixed the address. Very attentive. I more so have a problem with the products I received . I got D8 vapes from brands URB and Trippy something and all vapes taste extremely artificial compared to other D8 .I expected a smooth satisfying hit like other D8 vapes but all 5 are harsh and overwhelming . The trippy taste like it has cbd instead of the hhc the packaging claims it has inside. I’m just very disappointed about the whole thing you guys have great customer service and I’d like to thank Mana for packaging my package , But you guys should really think about where you buy your D8 products from or make sure your not selling expired products.

Although I live in NC and we have plenty of hemp places here, we like to use this particular brand (Enjoy) and only one place carries it by me and they don't always have it in stock. Sooo....we order our syrup to be shipped to us from Charm City if our local place doesn't have it. They are really quick with their turnaround. I think just once I had to wait longer than 5 days....and when I inquired about it they responded really quick. I drive north fairly often ....next time I'll stop in at the Fredrick location to say hi and pick up some supplies.
