I saw the Dr to get my card and it was so quick and they took the time and answered all my questions and explained in detail everything else I would have to do once I left. I paid $130 for a 3" orb with my sons ashes in it. This is terrible! A waste of my money and my sons ashes that I cant get back! It was supposed to be two colors and the black and blue run together and is not translucent . The ashes are clumped in. It's nowhere near 3 inches. Clearly someone didn't know what they were doing. I cant believe they had the nerve to take my money and give me this. They should be ashamed of themselves.
