A very pleasant experience. The ladies at the check in were friendly and super helpful. The shopping experience was so good. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and patient with us. The atmosphere was great and we will for sure be back. I’m glad we finally checked it out. Great job Firehouse you picked up a few more customers.

Good products, a little better on prices compared to Rize and Lume

Great selection and great prices. Everyone who works there is very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and gave some really good answers to all of my questions. They do offer drive-through service. You just order online for pick up. We wanted to go in, so we waited in line for about 45 minutes.

A fun little dispensary right by the Island Resort. Great thing about this place is that it's open until ONE A.M. on Fridays and Saturdays! The staff is very friendly and obviously love their job(s). I always feel "welcome" there, and non-judgmental people are the best!! I wish Wisconsin would get with the program like MI has!! My recent visit had Jackie R as my budtender, and I give her a 5 star review for always being so nice!!

Never had a bad experience here, and the loyalty points are a real benefit. Staff is very helpful, won't try to sell you on stuff you don't want, or aren't looking for. Travis has always been helpful when I need that extra opinion. If I did have any complaint whatsoever it'd be to the lack of variety of bulk "good buds," by this I mean buying an ounce of that crazy strain you like, you instead gotta buy it by the 8th, which makes sense because it's prepackaged in those amounts from the suppliers. It's great for strain rotation and trying all the different ones, but if you got a specific strain you really like, you gotta pay that little extra, and you get them in like 10 containers. Not a big deal, just gotta look at more of their bulk options, the prepackaged popcorn buds are worth it by the ounce for sure, but they're really only marketed through the binders.

I want to thank a certain special worker who helped me dramatically. Have surgery coming up and having Rhea helping me she really really calmed my nerves down. We both had the same health issues so she knew EXACTLY what would work for me. I'm not afraid of the surgery it's the next Day, the PAIN. Rhea gave me more reassurance and don't want to forget hugs tooooo.I walked out of Fire Station with more confidence thanks to Rhea. I want to give her 5 stars and more if possible. Luv ya Rhea , 😘💓
