Pincanna - Kalkaska

This place is definitely a go to for their deals but they make it almost unbearable with how unfriendly and unwelcoming they are. The vibes are so uncomfortable. Feels like I’m doing something wrong by coming here. If you’re looking for good deals and welcoming bud tenders go to green pharm! They also don’t honor their deals and make exemptions when it’s convenient for them.

My bad review was removed from here. This place sold us terrible smoke (tasted like mold) and told us everything there was organic because it's grown in coco. Ridiculous excuse for professionals. I'll keep putting this up so everyone knows.

I don't even want to leave one star, but I have no choice. I think Pincanna is a rip off for medical marijuana patients. They do not offer discounts and still charge taxes. They think a free pre roll will make up for it, sorry. It does not, dispensaries give free pre rolls out left and right. If you are a med patient in Kalkaska area go to any other dispensary and you will be treated much better. People have med cards for a reason and are supposed to be taken care of above rec patients no matter what.

There are several dispensaries in and near Kalkaska. This one is great. The employees are nice, and helpful, the prices are just right, and it's in a convenient place to get snacks before or after ;-). Great place

My girlfriend and I were looking for pre roll deals. My friend called Pincanna and was told they had a special, buy 3 for $15 get 2 free. So we head over there. When we get in we tell them what we wanted are told that's an old special. I said that we had just called, that's why we are even here as we usually go to elsewhere. The guy behind the counter, apparently the "manager" and the bud tender girl across the room start arguing very loudly back and forth about what she was told about that deal and the "manager" saying no, that's an old sale. After a couple minutes of loudly arguing the bud tender finally tells the "manager" to do it anyways because it was her mistake and she would pay the difference. Super uncomfortable, super awkward, super annoying, and I felt really embarrassed for them acting that way to and in front of customers. Such an icky vibe in that store. I didn't want to go there to begin with and was talked into it, definitely never going there again. yes we were taken care of and the pre rolls were pretty good. The level of customer service though was a 1 at best. I'd much rather been taken care of by someone nice with a good attitude. Loudly arguing across the room over customers it's just poor customer service regardless if I was taken care of in the end. Also why couldn't the one in charge just do that in the beginning? Why cause a scene like that? I was told I was banned from going in there again because I caused a scene. That's okay I didn't plan on going back. I'd say look at the cameras.
