Lume has been great every time. I've had a perfect experience from the first time to present. I moved farther away but still drive 45 miles just to get the professional personal service. They set the bar and Sam is always ready to help with a smile. I've tried their competitors, and others haven't been able to compete with service, deals, and quality.

Lume is always helpful when I visit. In my most recent visit, Nate in Ishpeming had great suggestions, and was great to work with! I have visited both Houghton and Ishpeming locations, and they are both pleasant and helpful.

Had excellent advice/service and a very pleasant conversation with Dylann, she was very informative and answered all my questions. Appreciated her expertise and understanding of how the products are processed. She has been educated to the NMU cannabis program. And she seems to answer a lot more of the questions scientifically as compared to some other tenders and other local shops that I’ve spoke with. Prices and Veterans discount were a positive.

Katrina was my budtender. She was nice. Respectful. Knowledgeable. Good people. Store set up is nice. She recommended Mr. X gummies as she said they were very potent as I have a high tolerance. I bought 2 packs of 200mg gummies, Mr. X Elderberry.. I didn't feel anything. Complete garbage. I can only think she recommended them cause she said she used to make them, so maybe she made money by selling them..they were nothing like I was told. Texture sucks, taste sucked, terrible ingredients for you as well. (Friend who also tried them said they didn't do anything for them and the taste and texture is terrible.) I would've never recommended such garbage to a new, respectful client if I worked here, whether or not I'd make a couple extra dollars. I was willing to spend a lot more. Fire Station is way better and they are across the street basically.
