I came in the other day and wanted some new products the lady that was working there, I think her name was Olivia, she was a huge help and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here!

I've been going to this place for awhile now, and at first it was good. It seemed like their disposable products were legit and definitely a lot better than vape shop ones, but the last few experiences have been terrible. The disposables I always bought started looking darker, extremely harsh, and hit terrible. I tried to reach out via email, and it's been over a week now with no response. If I were other people buying here, I'd look out. There is more reputable and better priced Delta options online like harbor city or 3 chi that actually have people respond to you and their COA's are more current. Would not recommend this place at all.

Was a very nice guy I dealt with. Took a lot of time with me listening to what my health issues were and what I was and wasn't looking for. Granted they weren't busy and if they were he may not have, but either way I appreciated it. I think most will be trial and error. However, coming off or trying to come off of years of prescribed opiates I'm hoping to find something that will help me with my pain and anxiety. Still searching. Also, as far as product and price here...Think their prices are average compared to other places, this store had a lot of variety. However, some of the products weren't as fresh or rolled as tight as I hoped with 2/3 items. The edibles were good, but pricey bc they're not just gummies. UPDATED; Ordered "Retro Bakery" chocolate 4 bags and ALL arrived melted and smooshed together. This was through mail order. Very disappointing since you pay the same and I live in the same state.

Staff is incredibly helpful. Products are made by owner, from what I gathered. I got CBD gummies, and the flavor was good though the plant flavor still is there.

The employees have always been super helpful and kind! I’ve loved everything I’ve tried so far - especially the THC candies!

Firstly, I should preface my review by saying that their products are fantastic. The main issue I have with this company is in their shipping practices. Multiple times now, I’ve had products delivered to me. Even if I select expedited shipping, it might take a week or more. Watching USPS tracking, I can see that that they sometimes wait multiple days just to put my order in the mail. With the ridiculously short distance between Lakeville and Minneapolis, how is 7+ days an acceptable shipping time, especially considering I have to pay significantly extra even for standard shipping? It’s almost as if they are deliberately discouraging their customers to shop online.

The staff at Mainstream are very knowledgeable and after explaining my heealth situation suggested two products that have been very helpful. Their pricing is reasonable also. I would not hesitate to make areturn visit.

I have been to this Lakeville Location a few times and had great service. I asked all sorts of questions trying to find the best product for me and the clerk spent the time to explain all the products in depth.i love all the mainstream products we have tried.
