I went into the store today to make a purchase. The person behind the counter did not wear a face mask. I understand it’s their right not to wear a facemask but when you are working in a retail establishment with the general public I think it is expected that cdc guide lines should be followed. It places the general public in potential danger of exposure. I’ve otherwise found the store to be acceptable but I think the attitude of this clerk needs to be pointed out and corrected

This is an updated review: I have been coming here since the day they opened and absolutely love this place. I have tried several online and physical CBD location just to end up here. I have done the research so you don't have to. On a side note, if you have purchased CBD in the past and think it didn't help, you need to have a talk with the staff. There are a lot of people out there that are using the CBD wrong then blaming it for no results. Talk with the staff if you are not getting the results you want. They have vast knowledge on how it works. I spent years looking for a pain solution. I have tried every doctor and narcotic under the sun to no avail. I tried the CBD and it didn't work either. After talking with the staff I realized my issue, started using the proper dose and procedure. After a decade of suffering the pain is finally manageable. Dont just go to a gas station and buy a pill from the bathroom vending machine then swear off CBD. Talk to these people, figure it out and live pain free.

Biotanica has changed my quality of life and I'll be forever grateful for cbd.. Pain free plus I have a really smile on my face that I lost with all pain and depression.. So thank you Biotanica
