Arbitrary and shady. They’ll be nice to you to get you to buy something/anything but they’ll go cold real quick afterwards - not very knowledgeable, just sales talk really. They’ll even tell you how most of their product efficacy “depends on the individual” a.k.a snake oil because it’s literally just CBD/hemp. They used to use transparent flower containers before switching to frosted so you can’t inspect bud closely. Then they’ll have the nerve to snap at you for tryna peek too. Don’t recommend.

My go to one stop shop for all my cbd needs and if your not satisfied they will make it right.

I love the place. Good prices , good customer service , convenient location. Austin always takes good care of me when I come in and keeps me up to date with the new strands. Very friendly atmosphere and tons of variety.

I’m new to CBD. Went to buy some CBD oil from a dropper with my friend. The guy sold me something you have to dispense into a vape instead. I came back 45 minutes later to just simply swap it for something that I would be able to consume/use and they flat out said NO. I was not trying to return for a refund, just wanted another product worth the same value or close and they still would not help me out as a paying customer. It was only 45 minutes later!! I spent over 60$ and my friend spent 80$. You figure they would just exchange for something and provide better customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this place. The management is terrible.

Walked into the place and thought I was at a shop in colorado as it smelled so good :-) Nice staff, helped me right away and they also replied an facebook messenger right away. Will be going back for sure!
