Very helpful staff and great selection

Staff was friendly, although didn’t seem to care to help out. I came in looking for a particular item and he was showing me everything except what I asked for after repeating myself at least 3 times telling him what I wanted. I ended up just settling for whatever was in his hand because quite frankly it was just extremely annoying to have to keep repeating myself. First visit and not impressed, prices are high too compared to other shops. This is a last resort shop for me.

I bought a Smok vape from them that broke in a day, but I will say they are amazingly thorough and attentive when it comes to meeting customer needs. I've been to several vape stores in KC and the customer service here keeps me coming back

i really liked this place they got rid of all thier cigarettes i even changed up what i smoked a couple times becuase it was so close to my work. they even helped me when i was short on cash but now they have no smokes and then i can’t use my debit card on something if it isn’t less than five dollars. i’m sorry but i’m done… over it… they have plenty of business and loyal customers for thier glass sales but they lost me as a customer.

Today, I went in and had a couple of questions with the vape I purchased through main smoke kc not even a month ago. My novo 4 no longer was working and had not worked for about 2 days now. The employees at the shop were very helpful and even went as far as calling the owner to see what other options there was to help me out. The owner pretty much said I had to spend more money or send it in under warranty and that was that. I've came to this smoke shop for a couple of years now. Spent alot of money with them and to be told what I was told today. Really disappointed me. On top of it all, I came home and put the new pod and coil in like he suggested after spending more money. It ends up to be that my device is faulty and I now have to wait 30 days or so to get a new device! Super! I AM NOT SATISFIED AND HONESTLY AM GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....Really dont want too but that is how it may have to be! 😔😔😔
