The 1st battery they sold me did not adjust voltage. I caught it before leaving the parking lot and got a replacement. The replacement battery died 2 days later and they would not honor a replacement. This place is really the opposite of their name. Overpriced on all items and can't perform basic customer service. They are selling products that stop working 2 days later, barely touched, and won't do anything useful to help. Straight up won't ever be coming here again because the are better places less than 1 mile away.

This was my first purchase of CBD. Dry was very helpful and patient with me as I had a number of questions about CBD. I highly recommend this store and hopefully Dru will be there for you if you need help.

Went and purchased a few things (More than I had intended on when I walked in!). Was greeted immediately, twice, and helped out. The staff was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I had bought a bum vape which didn’t work, brought it back, and their manager El helped me get a better one and made sure it worked. Very appreciative of the level of customer service from El & another associate (can’t remember his name but he had some awesome curly hair)!

Really nice store had fun got some of the flowers really good but I wish there was a little bit more a selection on the flowers but I may have overlooked, other than that this place is great I recommend it I'll give five star

EL. was awesome and talked to me about more things that CBD Kratom offers. He rocked it!!!

Dru helped me find what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the various products I asked about. I was also surprised to learn after leaving and looking online that the vaporizer I bought was actually at a great price. Only used it once so far but seems to work well.

Went in to pick up a few things dry and L took care of me beyond expectations I will definitely shop at the st. Charles location
