I've bought tons of things from this store, for me and my kids. I recently went in and bought yet another Pulsar Wax Pen from them. It didn't charge, I called them. Then owner said absolutely no refunds. That I had to go through pulsar. My pen doesn't have a serial number in the box. I called them, thankfully the girl was trying to be helpful , but had no idea where a serial number would be located. I contacted pulsar, and unfortunately without it I'm out 80$ THANKS KARMA Korner Edit After this review, the owner reached out to me and made things right. kadrian was a sweetheart. This place rocks, wish they'd move some of the more inappropriate stickers in the backroom maybe (for the sake of professionalism) but besides that I love it. Great place, friendly staff and excellent prices on everything I go there for.

One of the worst costumer service I’ve had to deal with. One of the lady’s that answered the phone was nice and respectful until I said “so you guys are gonna sell device that don’t work after a day “ her response was that all our vapes are real and I dint even say they were fake just asked if they sell vapes that don’t work after 1 day, she automatically had an attitude after that and was very disrespectful.

I love the karma korner! Went in to get a birthday gift and was jacked to see they have a wide selection of awesome gifts. Adrianne was my sales lady and she was so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service! A real treat. I will be back.

My absolute favorite little shop, they sell more than just glass. There's snacks, candles, jewelry, gear, witch kits, books and just an assortment of amazing things, plus top tier glass. Also such a friendly environment with amazing staff

Super friendly and professional. I buy Kratom for back pain and there by far the best priced in Helena. Highly recommend. Been 7 months sense I've started coming here and really have to say that the entire staff is super friendly and nice, I enjoy my experience there the customer service is truly amazing not to mention the prices are leaps and bounds better than any other shop in town.
