I went in to buy something and got so mad at the customer service in this place and walked out. Haven’t been back since and don’t plan on visiting anytime in the near future. They lost a good customer who collects certain pieces of glass so I’m always spending money on my smoking accessories and customer service is the most important thing in my book. I was raised up in my family’s convenience store and the customer was always right. They need to take a class or two.
