The CBD cartridge is low quality.

The young man working the counter really needs to consider not alienating his customer base. He was extremely condescending and superior with us today, which resulted in such a poor experience that we will not be frequenting this business again. He did not welcome us to the shop, spending a significant amount of time complaining to the customer ahead of us about his time, presumably in the military, and how terrible it was. Both my husband and myself are active duty. Then, when my husband requested new batteries for his e cig, rather than just providing the batteries and moving on, he condescendingly gave my husband a long lecture on safety (we are fully aware, however we have a newborn at home and going to the vape shop was not high on the priority list, so he just didn't use it until we could get new batteries). All of this could have been overlooked, but when my husband pulled out his ID, the cashier commented on him being from FL, extremely rudely, and said that "oh, that explains it." as if us being from Florida had any bearing on anything. When my husband questioned this, he very condescendingly said "oh, well people from Florida just have a different way of looking at things". Number one, jerk, we are not from Florida originally, we are midwesterners. We just have Florida residency. Number two, your actions were borderline discriminatory against us, purely based on where his license was from. Number three, you have done an excellent job ensuring we will never come to this establishment again. No one goes to a vape shop to get shamed, talked down to, and have assumptions made of them. Get real kid, you work in a vape shop.
