Really appreciated the 20% off for first time customers! I asked for a multipack of pre rolls and the bud tender nailed the selection based off my preference for effects. I subtracted one star because we were forced to wait in line for over five minutes. My dad didn’t have his ID so he hung out by the outdoor fire positioned by the door, which was a nice addition.

Support one of the other dispensaries in town. They are price gouging the Reno area and it’s silly, just look at what they are charging vs. what other shops in the area are. The same exact product/strain/weight are priced at up to a 75% upcharge on certain products. The staff don’t care that they are ripping you off, and they will not price match. Also, you are a dispensary, why is there a 10 minute wait to speak to an associate over the phone?

Don’t waste your time at mynt.Go to greenleaf $18 eights, they have consistent prices. Mynt does not. Greenleaf, Greenleaf go to greenleaf. No longer a customer of mynt, tried of getting ripped off for grass. Even CA got $10 eights . Negative zero for mynt.

(Alanna Hendrix) My delivery order was cancelled because the delivery driver said they couldn't get a hold of me, yet I have no missed calls from them trying to get a hold of me and they never came to my door. The front desk lady was rude and didn't try to solve the issue at all except to tell me to "place the order again", which I can't because no I have to go to work. This is the second issue I've had with this downtown location and as a previous budtender, this location has always had the absolute worst customer service. I recommend going elsewhere because there are plenty of places here that'll be better anyways. Happy birthday to me, I guess (:

The owner should really find someone else to deliver their products it is unbelievable this delivery system is atrocious staff was completely un helpful maybe they should disclose they are making us use a third party delivery service we can make a choice very unprofessional

I would give a negative star number if that option was available. The Mynt and the dispensary are the same company. They provide decent customer service. But the owners sell shake as flower. And are straight up criminals. When ya make an illegal substance legal you will always have the criminal element hanging on the fringes. But these guys put up a sign and have the only downtown location in reno. Say no to the mynt! And the dispensary.. they are one.
