My favorite place to buy CBD! All employees are always incredibly kind and helpful. They are all incredibly knowledgeable. I had an issue today with the rewards system not tallying up my points accurately. I called customer service and the gentleman (Ryan I believe) was so wonderful. I live in Colorado, but my mom and dad live in and near Albuquerque. Something I've always wanted was good high CBD smokables, and tinctures. Unfortunately, due to the laws in CO it makes it hard to get those types of products. Jon was great! He helped show me a variety of different CBD products and how the would affect me. (I have a bum knee, and a very physical job.) He also told me I could order online. I plan to get all my CBD products through their online portal. Excellent service and super informative!

On my visit today I experienced an issue with the rewards savings program that had expired. Manager escalated the issue to the owner and with a simple 2 minute phone call, the OWNER took care of my CBD medical needs. Did I say immediately??? (5 stars) Kudos to CYNTHIA, Manager on Duty. First of all, she remembered my name. Secondly she recognized that I was becoming a little bit distressed about the old savings program. I'm a military veteran who utilizes CBD along with various forms of therapy to help control my PTSD. Cynthia kept me calm. My $50 I had accrued was in the new computer system and the transaction went flawlessly after the resolution. Highly recommend and will always shop here for my CBD. Enjoy your relaxation...

Order issues like crazy. I reached out to advise of this and was told to contact the Post Office. At first I was hesitant to do so since I work for a bank and clients call in reporting good not received and file disputes after making attempts to resolve with the merchant. I find it funny that it has tracking, says it was delivered but never was. I have security cameras and my mail never even ran that day. I triple checked and have no reason to lie. So after humoring the individual Cody. I called the Post Office and low and behold, told to call the merchant. After that I called my bank to file a dispute. I wasn't about to go through a back and forth with the merchant.
