FREHLEY IS THE BEST

Best head shop in WNC. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, and the prices are fairly competitive. The wait time is never long, and they always have a great selection of whatever you may need.

I’m late on this review. But that is how much I’ve been enjoying this new piece. I read the reviews on this place before stopping in and I think most of the negative reviews are left are probably pretty inaccurate. I travel a lot, home base in CO. I see a lot of shops. High Life is immaculate. It’s very clean, open and spacious. I was almost immediately greeted by Jay who walked across the store to greet me timely. His first suggestion was the only one needed. I told him a basic description of what I was looking for and he knew better what I wanted and needed than I did. This piece is incredible and fits all my current needs PERFECTLY. I would 6 star this experience if possible. The quality, price, service all knocked out the ballpark. Thanks High Life EDIT. I didn’t get a discount for this review. I wasn’t offered one and I didn’t expect one. I was content with the price for service and products I received.

They sold me a Galaxy treat blast bar THC O 2 mg disposable And it did not have all the Live resin They say they do not have a return policy and I'm just out 40 doletters so don't shop at the shop horrible customer service

Staff is rude and some offer you discounts and some won't. Slammed my glass piece I bought down on the glass counter once. Charged me the full$480 on a volcano after being told there was no way possible to give a discount then after he rang it up and sales are final a other salesperson tols me they could've given me a discount and when I asked why they did t I was told it was not her sale. Also, the old man that works there is telling people he lives in a van in the parking lot!!! Staff were sitting around doing their nails atop the glass counters. This place has become a joke since Frank left from managing it!!!

Came in today and my experience was totally elevated by Jay! Jay was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I learned something new. Workers like him really make me excited to come back!
