Leading up to my last visit this would have been a five-star review because they have a great product and a clean store. I was led to believe by an associate that I had accumulated enough customer loyalty points to receive $20 off on my next purchase. I was told this two visits in a row but when I visited your location yesterday I was told something different. There is definitely some mixed messaging when it comes to your customer loyalty program and I have a huge pet peev when it comes to customer service especially since I come out of the retail sales industry. I have gone out of my way to do business at your store but now I feel like I have been lied to and I am not sure if I'm going to return or not.

The store was clean and well organized. The young lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The purchase experience was great. I waited to give a full review until after I tried the CBD drops. After using the whole bottle, I found that they did absolutely nothing for me. I felt that they were a bit overpriced. Again, the CBD did not work for me. I’m not at all saying don’t try it. Go in and talk to Jordan and decide for yourself.
