Outstanding customer service!! When they were out of a specific item I had ordered, they reached out to me and I was able to get it replaced. They even threw in an extra D8 gummy for the inconvenience!

I am hoping the one star will get someones attention. I purchased items online and whilst funds were deducted from my account, the order didn't go through. I have tried emailing with screen shots for proof but i have been ignored. Please respond to my emails so we can get this resolved.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! The D8 cartridges sold at this store are likely tainted with all sorts of nasty chemicals. Independent testing revealed these carts are impure. 3CHI is an illegitimate company that uses shady business practices to keep pushing their products. Look on reddit/cleancarts and you’ll be amazed with the amount of dirt on 3CHI.

A place that genuinely cares about its product and consumer. Received a great education that was simple and easy to understand. The products are 100% of what they should be. Independent and high quality and knows where the source is from. These are the places we need to protect from the big corporations who will eventually move in and dilute the product.
