I was strapped for time looking for a certain product (My fail-safe or Ol'faithful seems to only be available online, I looked into many places within a 20-mile radius). But they were able to not only provide me insight, an adequate product new to me, and at an affordable price. I had someone pick it up for me... But I will def be visiting the store soon. Thanks, guys... Flying High Five from me!! **Many trips after my 1st official encounter with this store and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience, if you've got questions they tend to have answers. Customer service is alert yet friendly. Pretty busy area being that it's on Burke Street in downtown Winston-Salem I can imagine they get a lot of traffic! Thanks again for the help tonight, you knew exactly what I was looking for and discreetly took it up to the counter for me! Excellent job reading my apprehensiveness! You rock chick!

Love Smokey Shay's and its the only place I know of in the area with such a large selection of American glass. Love it here and I'd love to see more affordable American production glass in the shop. I think a lot of people would switch to American glass permanently if they were able to snag American prodo glass locally for a good price. That's how it was for me! I've broken a dozen Chinese pipes and not a single American piece yet 💯

I just shopped here and I wish I actually lived here. Amazing staff, amazing all around selection. It's set up for easy flow. Thank you for helping me figure out what I needed with no judgement.

Most favorite place

Loved this store. We stopped by on the way through town and glad that we did! The staff was friendly and helpful, which is often not the case at most of the smoke shops I have visited. They answered questions and assisted me when choosing from the specialty drink selection, which is huge! Thanks ladies! Will visit again next time we are in the area, for sure ✌🏼

Best smoke shop in Winston! Huge variety, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus they’re the only smoke shop in the area that stays open late on weekends! GOAT

Shays is right downtown. Great place when you are downtown bar hopping. They have all things a typical tobacco store has, plus a little more. Great customer service here. Plenty of workers, so it not like others, long lines waiting for service. Awesome place

Very neat store. I needed nicotine juice, which sadely they dont carry, but i did get a elfbar to tide me over. Lots of cool stuff!

Shopped here for years and will never be back since you guys sell me the wrong size AFTER employee checks the size at the first counter. You guys mixed up pieces between the bin and wrapping it at the register. I understand there's a policy but seriously how many times do we have to check a $15 tip before I walk out the store??it's not like I'm trying to return a broke item or get a refund. Not to mention I didn't even get a reciept. You guys could've exchanged for the right size of the SAME EXACT thing rather than tell me to email the owner. So I'm down $15 because of your unorganization. I'm sure you will be fine without my business but that just shows your lack of value in customers. Y'all can keep the 14mm I left it. Won't be back
