Kelley was super helpful and knowledgeable. She talked us though everything and also explained the effects and benefits as well as common uses. Definitely felt a lot more comfortable with her help. The store is clean and has lots of information that’s up front and easy to read and understand.

Been going here for about 6 months now and this is easily one of my favorite stores in Columbus. I've been helped by most of the staff by this point and all of them are friendly and helpful. Their CBD and THC selections are very nice and I've loved trying different things. I enjoy their kava beverages and their in house D8 flower is high quality. Never had a bad experience here
This location carries a great selection of nootropics, powdered supplements (my favorite is Ashwagandha) and mushroom supplements that can be bought in bulk at a great price. If you are looking for quality nootropics and herbal supplements in powdered form, this is the place. They also have an awesome rewards program

So glad I found this store! The selection of products is outstanding. The salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable (sorry, didn't get his name). I got a topical for my knee, which already seems to be working, and a calming tincture. This will be my go-to CBD store!

I went to the store over the weekend. Marcella helped me determine what would be best for my chronic arthritis pain and trouble sleeping. To date, Ambien is the only thing that helps me sleep but I don't like taking it all the time. I tried CBD oil but that didn't work either. What I bought made me sleep like a baby the first night and the pain medication definitely makes a difference. I plan to go back to for more!

What a beautifully designed store! Natural Life is my go-to for ADHD and anxiety relief. I've never seen such a broad selection of plant medicines in one place. Let alone LEGAL THC! True Kava, Medicinal Mushrooms, and the biggest Kratom selection I've ever seen. You've got a repeat customer for sure!
As someone who suffers from daily anxiety I was looking for a place and a product that could comfort me and put my mind at ease.Natural Life Columbus thank you for being just that! Not only was I greeted right upon entry by Kelley, who was beyond attentive and caring to my needs but I was also taught about how CBD can actually interact with my body to help reduce my anxieties. Kelley walked me through all the different methods: gummies, tinctures, vapes etc and we chose the best one for my lifestyle and needs. Thank you Kelley for making this experience stress free! This place is like a Kratom wonderland! Staff is very knowledgeable and also hooked me up with some really nice cbd gummies. Highly recommend coming here if you have pain or trouble sleeping, they will take care of you!
