I have always received great customer service there. The employees are knowledgeable on Kratom. As for other products...not so much. I recently purchased a disposable vape made by Big Dog Cannabis Company. WASTE OF MONEY! It was $25 and I felt zero pain relief and zero help with sleep like I was assured I would. That was like 3 days ago. The vape is already empty and I barely used it. All it did was make me cough. Very disappointed. Maybe it works for some ppl and others it dosent. Other than that, I'll still go in and buy Kratom from them but that's it! Ty
