Very cool little place. Doesn't feel dirty or sketchy like so many of the vape shops and other places that typically sell hemp products. I bought a CBD isolate oil that I am very happy with and it was reasonably priced. Guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

I really like the store. What I didn't like is being sold sativa products when I specifically asked for indica products. I should have googled the products before I purchased them. I expected the salesperson to know what he is talking about. I feel hoodwinked. I'll start making my purchases online. At least I know I'm getting what I asked for.

I get all of my CBD products from Hemp City on Germantown Pkwy. They are 5 minutes from my house. Staff is very knowledgeable and the variety is second to none.

Very terrible customer service. Will not go back. Did not greet when I walked inside and stared like I was going to steal something. A lot of the stuff doesn’t have prices directly on it and I asked for a price and the person didn’t reply. I asked what was the difference in brands and the person told me to look on google... like wth... they also do not have many options compared to other cbd shops. Definitely not a friendly atmosphere

This by far is the best place for CBD gummies. Not only are they reasonably priced but they are super to deal with. John is amazing and if I could rate it a 10 I would.

Everyone needs to try CBD at least once. No harm in it and it really helps your mood and pains. I personally recommend purchasing from this location. They only sell the top (most reliable) brands, and just walking in their cozy store can brighten a day. If you are really lucky you'll go when the super hot young man is there.🤭

Hub City Hemp has been a lifesaver since a back injury last year. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonably priced. it’s a pleasure doing business with them. I’ve visited other businesses in the area and there’s no comparison.

I went in and the guy behind the counter had a really bad attitude the entire time I was in there. He was not helpful at all and talk to me as if I were ignorant. He did not seem happy to help me at all and seemed as if I were annoying him.

Came in to get my husband some PTSD relief, knowing very little about CBD. I left super well informed, wasn’t pressured at all, and I cannot wait for my husband to try these products. Best sales experience I’ve had in a while. And furthermore, it was pleasant in the middle of all this unpleasantness in the world today.

I went in just today. I dont know the guys name I was really tired and in a bit of a rush. Anyway he was friendly. Asked if I needed anything. I wish their selection of flower and pre rolls were bigger. Overall good experience and will go back again when I'm in need!

Went to go redeem my loyalty card and was told it would only be 20% off. I thought that was a weak discount after 4 purchases and the pothead front dude wanna argue about it and for that you get 1 star

These folks are very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their hemp flower is brown and leafy. The employee seemed conscious of that fact. Good pricing.

The prices on the CBD products appeared to be very good. There was no markup relative to ordering online for several of the ones that I looked into. Also, there is no pretentious atmosphere or associates, but very sincere and helpful ones as well as a professional, easy-to-navigate arrangement. It seems minor, but being able to look at the products yourself as opposed to having a counter as a barrier makes this a really pleasant place to shop and look around
