As the first customer since they opened and as a regular, I've got to say I've never had a bad experience. Billy is always on point with his customer service and knowledge of all they items available in store. His mom is always awesome too, never in a sour mood.

Right Direction is located in a convenient location. The store has been constantly improving since it’s first inception. They started out with a smaller selection but now carry a very exciting amount of the newest legal thc products you can buy in Texas. Austin M.

I would give 0 stars, but the owners mother is very sweet and helpful. BUT!!!! BILLY, the owner is not worth the skin he is in. Don't waste your money at right direction CBD. There are many more places in Abilene that will leave you satisfied. Right direction is another fly by night, here and gone vape shop. Not much selection, and the highest prices in town! Really? When he started his business in Abilene in 2020, him and his mother were very nice and helpful. Now Billy is the only reason I will never step foot in his shop again. Just go to drug emporium or another vape shop for your needs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices compare to other shops around town but there’s a loyalty points set up for discounts etc. They’ve not disappointed me yet in my consumer experiences here and I’ll definitely go back : )

Billy and his shop is a joke went in the other day he was on so much Xanax he couldn’t even speak and kept drooling on him self😂 who in the hell owns a cbd shop and takes that stuff and the prices are way to high Vapor Maven is way better on prices and selection this place is terrible and would not recommend it to anyone.

Awesome people, but extremely expensive compared to other shops. You also never know when they are open due to them not following their own hours.

My experiences here have been rectified, and I am happy with the products from this establishment. Definitely top quality, and best plug in the area.

BOYCOTT DO NOT SHOP HERE this place is way OVERPRICED twice as much as other shops went to check prices and products and the so called employee they had was extremely rude all the employee does is take money and you cant to that freindly while your ripping off the community with overprice junk PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE

Such a great shop and experience! Kathy and Billy are very knowledgeable on all of their products. Billy was attentive to my friend & I the whole time we were in the shop. She had several questions and he answered them all in such a friendly and welcoming way. While browsing around, the environment was super laid back. Will definitely come back soon!

Billy is so personable and helpful! Today was my second visit to the shop and I could not be more satisfied with the service and product. I have fibromyalgia and other issues that require constant medication, but I am officially off all of my pain meds thanks to CBD & Right Direction CBD. I’ll be referring everyone I know to Right Direction CBD.
