The owners, Chris and Brian, are just the coolest guys out there. The employee that helped me out (gentleman with a beard and glasses- didn’t get his name, so sorry!!) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my million questions and took the time to show me different products and helped me find the best products for me. It took me too long to come here, but I will definitely be back!

Customer service here is A+. I walk out of here very satisfied with the transactions I’ve made. Down to earth place with a great selection, and the guys behind the counter know their stuff. So glad this place is in my neighborhood.

The cosmic cowboy team can't get enough praise from me: these guys know their stuff, and their selection of glass is insane. Not to mention, all of their glass is American made and even locally made. My experience was very pleasant; I had an issue with a battery I had purchased, and they were more than happy to replace for me. I definitely see myself becoming a regular here and won't stop recommending them.

One of the coolest glass collections I’ve seen, solid assortment of non glass products available as well. Staff was knowledgeable , helpful and friendly.

Could not recommend this place enough. Greeted when we walked in, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and VERY informative! The only place in Austin you should be getting your glass from (plus, it's ALL local)!

The best service I have ever had! Shane was so helpful, and so kind, and gave us the best experience. We talked for a while. he and the other workers have tons of info on all there products. They know best! And I guarantee they will do the same for you. Thank you Shane and the other great people of cosmic cowboy!!!!

This is my favorite smoke shop in Austin, hands down. They have a great selection of glass and almost every smoking accessory you can think of. Chris and Bryan are super friendly and are very knowledgeable about all of the products they sell, shopping with them is always a pleasure!

I can’t remember the last time I’ve written a review of a product/service/store if ever but this crew deserves all the praise. I’m a fairly regular customer and I have never walked out of the shop without feeling better than I walked in. I often learn something about products I’ve never heard of and even learn things about what I use daily. This shop is what I picture when I think of supporting quality local businesses. They care about the products they sell, the people they sell to and building relationships with their customers

I usually don't do reviews but this place truly is the best smoke shop I've been too. Beautiful glass work and awesome staff 👏
