The flower I bought was literally coated in something sweet that rubbed off onto my fingers and I’m assuming it was to make it visually look better than it really was. The website literally even states that this flower product is natural and not sprayed or coated. What a joke. Does that make it right?!

I went to GHC based off the website. Everything is presented as high quality with thorough third-party testing. The quality of what I got was very poor. I went specifically for CBD Hemp flower and the massage oil. The hemp flower was so dry it basically turned to dust in my hands as soon as I tried to pull it apart. Absolutely zero reason to get a grinder involved in breaking this stuff down. That was disappointing to say the least, but I get it, most people buying the flower are interested in the Delta varieties, not just CBD hemp flower. I'm sure it sat for a very long while before I came in to buy it. The biggest disappoint came with the 1000 mg CBD massage oil. I was so excited to try this on my clients who've been asking for this type of product. But man, this stuff stinks so BAD! It's labeled as made with essential oils, but these must be extremely cheap oils bc I would NEVER use something that smells this chemically on clients. It smells like really cheap bathroom spray. Ugh. Not to mention the bottle isn't even full! I actually went back in and had them look to see if all the bottles are filled so low (this was before I smelled it or I would of asked for a refund!). Nope, they just don't fill it up. All in all, I have no desire to return to this place and certainly won't be recommending it.

first time there at Brodie, there was a new guy who was nice & trying to be helpful & a woman who was an 'expert' who really helped. we liked their products. today 9/24 /21 5:15 pm there was a clueless, drab, uninterested, must-be-new girl who got what we asked for from the shelf but didn't know the answer to any question, & another girl who just ignored her & us. perhaps time to try the competition.

This place is overpriced. Most of the products they carry can be bought directly from the vender so why bother. The store brand they carry is inferior product. The return policy at this place is a joke. No customer loyalty at all. No points or any type of reward programs. I’ve spent at least $500 at this place, and they were totally against returning a small item for me. What is that about? Should have a sign by the register that says “all sales are final” so customers can see what type of business they run. I will never purchase another item from this place. Do not waist your time with this place.
