Heidi’s gummies are the best I’ve found. Delta 8 has helped me get the most restful sleep I’ve had in years. I have been on prescription sleep aides in the past, they would help in the beginning but I would always have side effects. I wish more seniors were aware of Delta 8 and realize the benefits of it. I thank my granddaughter all the time for educating me on Delta 8. Most people do not realize there are different levels of THC that can be legally obtained.
