The Green Room Hemp Dispensary

This place is absolutely fantastic. Very clean, the staff are very knowledgeable and they have quite a few sales going on with their rewards programs often. This felt like a legitimate dispensary experience. Considering I have been going to smoke shops to (Try) to find decent flower, turns out all those that had to offer was garbage compared to the quality of the products, knowledgeable staff, and overall professional attitudes that this place has to offer. I didn't even know this place existed until I decided to wander by from the smoke shop I usually go to. I was really happy about the TCH-A flower which is not dry and this will be the only place I will come to for my needs. These guys are from the west coast with 20 years of experience which shows every time I come here.

Wanted to go next door and noticed The Green Room. I was immediately greeted by Paulina, who made the entire experience there so much more fun and welcoming. I've never met someone in-store who was so knowledgable about the products, and so invested in the customer experience. Thanks to her. I haven't been to any other shop, nor plan on changing that in the foreseeable future. Thanks Paulina!

I was excited to give this shop a chance because I had heard good things. I came in and was helped by the manager. I told him I was in search of vape pens and he advertised and pushed one specific pen that’s supposed to be reusable, but I was hesitant to buy because I have had bad experiences before with the same type of pen but different brand. He only convinced me to buy them because he said that no one had had an issue so far and that if I did have an issue I could always return it as long as I was in the 5 day window… but they both broke in less than 5 days, mind you each pen was over $80 dollars so i would have expected to be buying a good quality product. When I came in to ask for an exchange or a refund, they told me to read the fine print of the receipt, which says, and I quote, “you have 5 calendar days to return an item after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.” despite the owner telling me I could return it within 5 days should I have an issue but he never mentioned the unused part or the original packaging part…. Beware of expensive and low-quality products that are not meant to last.

The edibles from here hit a little harder than some of the other dispensaries in the the DFW, however, it’s also way more expensive. If you have money like that then this should be your #1 spot. Every once in a while I’ll buy from here instead to experience a stronger edible.

Just as classy as their first location. Super clean, great products, excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees. What else can one ask for. If you are in need this is the spot to be.

I love going to this DOPE store 👌🏻 This place has such a great vibe and all of the products are 🔥🔥🔥! The staff is super knowledgeable on all their criteria and have plenty of recommendations/variations. I’ve never been to a store like this 🙌

I've passed by a couple times not knowing what they were about. When I checked them out I was blown away! the staff is super knowledgable, transparent, and their products are from west coast!! Never going anywhere else, customer for life!
