Got my first ever tattoo here. It is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted!!! It was a great experience. The artist does incredible work! The shop was immaculate. The staff was helpful and considerate and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this business!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. I asked for a nose piercing on both sides. After he had pierced my nose, told me he couldn’t put it where I wanted and could try to re-pierce it, for another charge. I wish he had told me that before, as I wouldn’t have done it. On the other side, he hit a nerve and now my nose is completely numb. Hopefully this is not permanent. This guy doesn’t seem like he knows what he is doing but puts up a good front. He needs to go back to being an apprentice, as he has a lot to learn. In Response to owner: I did express my frustrations and he said he would pierce it again, for more money. A professional piercer would have told me he couldn’t do what I asked instead of just piercing. I wasn’t going to have him try again and risk damaging my nose further. He helped me pick the jewelry, as he is the “Professional” not me. It’s his job to help me through the process. I did wave goodbye, because it’s polite. There wasn’t really anything else that could have been done. Also, a poorly placed piercing and nerve damage has nothing to do with jewelry, that’s all the artist.

First time getting a tattoo and man was I nervous. Shop was super clean and it has the best energy and the art is amazing!! The owner was fantastic and the tattoo turned out amazing!! Definitely recommend for any tattoo work!! Will ne back soon for all my artwork

There were 9 of us ladies who went in to get a cute and simple tattoo. We were supposed to get a discount because it was so many of us. This was the first thing I questioned. It was still 94.00 each plus I gave him a 20% tip prior to receiving the tattoo. I thought this was way too much for such a simple tattoo. He ask me if I had a picture of what we wanted so I showed him the pic on my phone. He took a screenshot of it and then DID NOT hand trace it, he made a copy of it! I thought he would fill in what wasn't on the transfer, boy was I wrong! I swear it got worse with every lady's tattoo! They were pleasant but not super friendly. I felt like we were on an assembly line. We read the main reviews prior to going and they seemed like they were rofessionals. PLEASE BE CAREFUL going here! I'm having mine fixed by a reputable shop now!

Was no one in there when I went in. The guy working was very friendly and knowledgeable. A bit more expensive than I had hoped, but he did a great job and the jewelry is very good quality!

HIGHLY recommend Kustom Ink! My family got henna tattoos here, which came out great, and after talking with Jeremy, decided to get my first tattoo. He designed one for me based on a few ideas I gave him and it turned out beautifully! He also pierced my older daughter's ears, and they look great as well. My whole family was with me because we were here on vacation and headed back home, and he was so patient with my 3 year old. Super stand-up guy and an incredibly talented artist. We'll definitely be back!

Got our daughter a new piercing as a "souvenir". The gentleman was very kind and welcoming throughout the whole experience. Not a huge fan of the "head shop" atmosphere, but hey....if you are looking for extra fun for your vacation, this is the place to go for delta 8,9, pipes, papers, accessories, and all of the legal-ish goodies to highlight your Padre visit. Lots of cool art work for sale, too. They also have a ton of different tat guns hanging from the ceiling, so I guess a bit of history too. Thanks a bunch for the memorable experience, bros!!!!

My mom and I had a great experience getting tattoos from Mike. The shop was very welcoming and Mike was extremely down to earth. They’ve healed perfectly and look exactly like what we wanted - will definitely be coming back.

Went in for x2 tattoos. This was my first experience and I am satisfied with the outcome. Jeremy was upfront and honest about price of service, touch up and after care information. Jeremy was open to my suggestions, placement and preferences. I am happy and satisfied with my pieces. Roughly starting price of $75 for 2inch tattoo, prices increases based on size, color and location. After care instructions: not bandaged, allow to breath. Use antibacterial soap to lightly wash, keep out of water, dont pick at. after 48hours can add a light lotion for moisturizing Tattoo paste not needed. When I shared this with friends that all claimed I needed to put something on it. SMH. I followed Jeremy instructions and all looks great.

Turn around and take your money elsewhere. My 1st visit and the vibe was off from jump. I didn't listen to my intuition.... The nose piercing was okay. He didn't seem to know how to put the loop in right. We'll, not long after the nose piercing I have a bubble. Trust, I have been taking really good care of it. I reached out to him to ask for help on it and possibly even a refund. I have a screenshot of the texts he sent me back. Not professional at all. Just as rude as they cone. His vibe was just off from jump... I should have left. :( I am out $88.00. Yup! Feel robbed man.

I loved the shop. I was very impressed with the work that my artist did. He listened to what I wanted, was very gentle and matched the colors and the design perfectly to the picture that I showed him. Definetly comming back here again

Jeremy was knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with! We had two piercings redone and he helped us both get exactly what we were looking for! It’s was easy, painless, and we felt like we were in good hands! I highly recommend this shop and their staff!

I loved it here!! I went in to get my my Cartlidge done I was very nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a great hello and immediately felt better the piercing was amazing all of my questions were answered and the pricing was reasonable I absolutely love my piercing and it is healing wonderfully I’m definitely going back for my next piercing!<3

Owner tried to force a female to tattoo something on me that she wasn’t comfortable doing and instead of helping her out he belittled her and sat there the entire time on his phone. ALSO the owner was still in the shop while he has COVID. Very unprofessional.

The apprentice we had tattooing did exactly what she is there to do. But the manager with the long hair is an absolute Richard for no reason. He was very rude over a small misunderstanding and is making his apprentice tattoo when she seems like she’s uncomfortable. I just hope that isn’t the case. Pretty fun place to be in other than that though.
