This place is the best vape shop in town! The night shift employees are the cats meow. True visionaries and professionals. I walked in with a box of parts from a tank that I broke. They were able to get me chugging clouds in no time.

Great Store Great Staff. Been a customer since they opened. I do not shop anywhere else for my Vaping needs. The only place I can find my Vaporesso Xros & Xros Nanos. Go in and say Hi to Jen, Kat and the gang.

Updated: after 4 years of going to this store this is STILL the best place for service and quality products. Their staff is amazing and always kind. They never make you feel rushed and let you take your time choosing without making you feel like its a chore for them. They are always eager to explain a product and answer question as well. Love this place and the atmosphere it has. Super friendly and helpful! The staff knows their products well. This is the only shop I go to because of their customer service.

We have been exclusively shopping here for a pretty long while now. Came in today to do our weekly over $100-$300 purchase and met Nicole for the first time....Needless to say she was rude as all get out. She started a scene after I calmly told her she didn't need to be so rude for no reason. She even gave me the completely wrong paperwork after making said scene. Another customer even told her how rude she was being. Would really love to talk to Kat.

The people who work here are the best. My expectations for safety and quality were exceeded. Absolutely recommend. 10/10 would shop again :)

This place is awesome! We recently moved here and we were looking for a new vape shop. I originally went to a different storefront, but luckily they were closed, which prompted me to try Innovated. This establishment is calm, inviting, and sells many cool products including paintings, bath bombs, apparel, and more. Every employee here is so friendly and knowledgeable, but if you get the opportunity try to see if Kiwi is working.

Helpful & Friendly Staff and Managers. Liked of the Vibe of the Place and They have Great Products. Definitely Will Go Back when Visiting Lake Jackson Area.

He has helped enhance my life with the knowledge and advice he has given me. Their house juice is nice and I love how you don't even need to put nicotine in it. This is the best vape lounge I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices and variety of flavors is exactly what I was looking for. I really like the house flavors. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who vapes.
