Nice and clean, Dee was a great help to finding what I needed

Took a trip down to Texas for a weekend and visited this CBD Plus, we have a few were I'm from but the customer service has always been subpar and so has the product selection. I was pleasantly surprised by the product selection of this location and the customer service was honestly miles above anything I've ever experienced. The worker I interacted with, Dee, was the sweetest person and helped me select the perfect product for my needs. Thank you Lewisville CBD Plus for showing me what an amazing in store experience should be like!! If I could more stars, I would 🤗

Love this place, super clean and organized, and the staff is always super helpful. Also they always have new products to try, and the staff has tons of information about what products are the best, im pretty sure I spoke to Dee and they were awesome.

I can’t give this store a solid five star just because of the quirky things that happened a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised and delighted that someone returned my call and explained to me what happened at this location. That’s good customer service, and I will continue to be their patron.

Need to update store hours and phone. Absolutely useless when you’re store hours are incorrect and phone doesn’t connect. Why even open a CBD shop if you can’t be bothered given people correct info?

This location really needs to shut down. They never keep stock and when you ask them when they will get more they just say they don't know. The store has been closed multiple times during the middle of the day and during the happy hour special with a note on the door that says "Will be back, sorry for the inconvenience". They close this store during regular business hours quite often. I showed up at 4 pm a few Sundays ago and the lights were out and the open sign was off. They show they are open until 5 pm on Sundays. I walked in and the employee was standing behind the counter and I asked if the store was closed. He said, " Oh yeah I was closing up." I then asked for the broad spectrum all natural tincture and he said they didn't have any in stock. I asked if the store was going out of business because they never kept stock. He said the location is slow so he didn't know. I told him I would just have to take my business elsewhere because I can never get what I need and they never order more to restock. He responded with, "yeah its whatever." If this location cannot afford to stay open and keep stock then they need to close up shop for good. I have started going to the location on Hebron in Carrollton because the employees there actually care about keeping stock and helping customers. Avoid this Lewisville location!

Pretty okay visit. The store was nice and clean, I was attended to individually. I enjoy the cbd products. But they sold me a fake Ooze brand battery, and even told me to use the one year warranty "on the website".

Every time i visit. Its always someone helpful and they are knowledgeable about the products. In and out with purchases.

The people in this store are very knowledgeable and friendly (Thomas, Maria). They made our first experience buying CBD easy! They have a variety of products, gummies, coffee, pills, drops.
