I get my CBD and CBG products from here most of the time. They have a decent selection and most of the employees are pretty knowledgeable. Sometimes I've had encounters where the employee doesn't seem to know much about the products and that can be a bummer. They have a good rewards system and I've had a few experiences where the management gave out a couple little goodies to thank me for my purchases. My main complaint would be that the selection is not very consistent. It seems like they were maybe trying to make their own products at one point? I don't know. But it seems like right when I get used to one kind of vape cartridge or tincture, that brand goes away and I have to try a new one. It's not a huge inconvenience. It would just be nice if the supply was more reliable.

I shopped at this location many times for months now, I had never once tried to return or exchange an item until yesterday. I purchased an item I had never tried before with to much THC. I asked the employee who was very nice if I could at least get a store credit he called Danny the manager and danny said no. I got on the phone and expressed that there is no return policy and I didn't even want my money back since I shop there very frequently, he still wouldn't give me a one time store credit I am sure if I was a man he would've handled the situation differently. I will never shop at Gras after the way he spoke to me and nor will anyone I know, very disappointing they have no policy in place and couldn't even figure out how to rectify the situation very unprofessional and very juvenile.
