Best customer service, and prices in Harrisonburg! Customer service is outstanding!

Love this place!! The staff is friendly and helpful.or can be if the owners is there. There is some confusion with Vaporizers and warranties. Her employees will tell you have to go through the company and the company will tell you have to take it back to the store and it just goes in a merry go round like this and you never actually get your money back. It’s just a little disappointing considering that I am a regular customer and I spend a considerable amount in the store. I’ve never once had a complaint until recently when I tried the Jan dabs and now nothing can be done. Because the owner is not there to fix the problem.

Overpriced nonsense. I went there yesterday for a new Hyde disposable 5000 puffs rechargeable vape and they wanted like $15 for just one. However Tobacco and Vape yes the one across from Walmart right next to GameStop only charges $9.99 and you can get a second one for 50% off, Tobacco and Vape also has a point system for when you purchase eliquid so you get more for alot less. Epic Smoke and Vape however once sold me a disposable with a burnt coil and wouldn't give me a refund. Trash customer service, scam prices

This place is amazing! They have a HUGE selection! I ran out of my everyday vape juice that I switched to related to not being able to order online anymore due to regs and the store I usually go to was OUT so I checked here to see if they carried it, they didn’t BUT they carried the juice that I ordered online (which is rare to find) and I was able to go back to the juice I love because they carry it regularly! I am so happy they came to the area, the store is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! They have all the up to date items as well, new mods, flavors, etc! You won’t be disappointed!

I went on Aug 20th and the lady here was so nice. She told me she was leaving soon, so that was a disappointment because honestly I've experienced a pretty rude vape shop here in Waynesboro, and this was a refreshing experience. She had knowledge on vapes and was friendly and both me and my fiace thought she was great!

Best shop in Harrisonburg. Good selection, good prices, and incredibly friendly. I have been going there exclusively for over 6 months now. Definitely recommend. If they would add some exclusive deals, it'd be the best shop in VA

Very awesome and clean store, the young lady that helped me, has the most amazing customer service I've had from a vape shop in a long time. I 100% recommend this store, i live 4 hours away and this store is the best store I've ever been too.

Very warm and inviting. I was helped by a very pleasant young lady. I believe her name was sara, who answered all my questions and even some I hadn't asked yet. Definitely would recommend!

I started coming here a year ago and haven't stopped since. I go here for replacement cartridges for my vape, but their glass selection has got me wanting to need some again. Especially since they're at a good price and give JMU students 10% off. 10/10 would reccomend tbh. Cool shirts, too.

Over priced lady that helped me out the first time was highly lost. Sold me a defective item that they refused to exchange they were very pleased to try and sell me a new vape. Save yourself a few bucks and chose one of the other shops in town
