They never open when the hours posted say . waited 45 mins. Will now take my money to another store and never come back.

Dont waste your time the guy working is really rude i was about to spend a good bit of money in the till i kept getting asked what i wanted when i was shopping i dident know yet and they told me glass screens are really hard to get when every shop sells them for 5 for a dollar and they want 2.99 each and amazon sells them 200 for under $10 go to the smoke hub i went there and they fixed me rite up

When ot comes to vape products, it a return customer/ customer loyalty kinda deal. When your vape products are way over priced its hard to justify my multiple trips back per week when I can go literally cross the street for much less. Don't say you out price your competitors when you're getting close to $10 difference over.

The Indian man who works there, and I'm assuming is the owner, was extremely rude to me and acted like ringing up my purchase was beneath and was extremely condescending. I also had to point out the correct product three times for him to finally get the right one for me and he got mad at me like it was my fault! This man was so rude and the products so overpriced that I will never be returning here.

Had purchased a slide for a bong that didn’t fit , ended up getting another one from another store as I was in a different part of town when I saw it wouldn’t fit . I come back with the same product I bought from the store and wanted a refund . The owner then says he won’t refund me money back because “ that’s not how it works” and “ that it should be obvious that’s there were no refunds” . I was very frustrated and he goes on to say “ it’s only 15 dollars brother” . he also claimed that he “ didn’t know how to refund on a card” after many more words , I eventually got my money back . The product I bought from the store “ game of smokes” was unused when returned back.

Worst place says they open at 9 am it’s 9:30 and was still closed. The sign says open 7 days a week 8am- 7 pm

I visited Game of Smokes in Stephen's City, VA for the first time looking for something for my husband. As I do not smoke or use any other products sold there I had no clue what I was needing to purchase. Shawn the owner came out of his office when he heard me telling the store associate I was clueless. He was so very nice and informative. He even offered me a discount for no reason other than to demonstrate his excellent customer service! He welcomed us back and said he would love to have us ad loyal customers. Which my husband surely will be now! Such a WONDERFUL experience!!!! Thank you Shawn!!!!

I was shopping for bongs when 2 kids walked in, I thought to myself this gonna be funny watching them getting kicked out or told to leave, instead the guy proceeded to get them the disposables they wanted and told them to put it in their pocket while leaving his shop. One thing I do not condone is selling to underage kids. I left and won’t be returning.

The layout of the store is very organized, and there's so much variety with everything they sell. The staff are friendly, helpful, and informed. Easily the best smoke shop in Warren County.

We went to the newly opened store in Front Royal and it was Such an awesome smoke shop! They have an amazing and huge selection. The owner Shawn was so friendly and welcoming ! He even gave us Free items with our purchase! Over all I’d say it’s the best smoke shop in town! They have it all! And 10% off during the grand opening special at the New location in Front Royal!!!! Choose Game Of Smoke over Tabacoo hut! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Great products amazing service. Spent well over a few hundred here the past week. One item purchased had an issue took it back and within minutes fully replaced entire kit free of charge. Highly recommend

I'm not sure why all the other reviews say what they do. The hardly have any vape juice and pods and there vapes are all over priced. Every last one of them. I we t to Cjs and to his shop the other day and compared price and there over priced by 10 plus dollors. Not good if your going for vape stuff. Cjs selection wraps all the way around the store!!
