Nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and the products they carry. I’m always greeted and welcomed with a smile. Never pushed into buying something I don’t have a interest in. Also, as a previous employee within the industry I always love coming in and talking with them, they are all so helpful, knowledgeable in areas I’m not, and I love the fact that it’s a family owned business and they really do want what’s best for everyone who steps foot in their store! If you are on the fence about trying Hemp in any form or fashion, Hemp House is the way to go! They will take AMAZING care of you!

The place is clean and the staff is nice and very helpful. My issue is with the flower that they sell. There is one terpene that reacts poorly with my body so I am particular about the products I use. I was disappointed that the terpene break down of the flower was not readily available especially since there are posters up describing the benefits of the primary terpenes. I was shown search results from the internet but one of the brands didn't have lab results available so I was shown roughly what the terpene profile should be on Leafly's site. Each batch can vary based on the weather, soil etc. and two cultivars can have vastly different plants but call it the same strain name. Never trust that a strain from one place will be like it is from another. We did find reports on the other cultivars site and I picked one. I got home and the results don't match my expectations so I looked on the cultivars site. I think we were looking at the wrong strain. Also, now comparing the lab results on the web to the package, the percentages for CBD are very different and the dates are off by a few days so I am nots sure what I bought because the results are so different that the packaging. I do not feel comfortable consuming the product as the labs test for pesticides in the plant as well. A wrong lab report can mean worse news than no lab report. I also don't like that viewing the reports was so cumbersome that I purchased the wrong product.

Found representative very knowledgeable. Strongly suggest they invest in a table and chairs. The place is completely empty and features 2 tiny built in benches for customers. This a product line that requires discussion. I am elderly and need to sit down. Very uncomfortable and not smart marketing.

I have been suffering chronic pain for the last decade. The medical profession decided to load me up with pain meds to solve the problem. While becoming addicted to them my life revolved around those pills. Then Hemp House came into play and introduced me to CBD. The owner and other members of Hemp House are very well educated on their products and if you have any questions they will be more than happy to answer them. I was in quite a bit of pain from a lacerated cornea and decided to stop in to see if there was anything that could help. The owner was kind, helpful, and asked me questions to determine what product was right for me. I cannot believe how much the product she recommended helped my pain, like i’m truly astounded! I can’t wait to go back and shop for other goodies!!

All staff is good natured and provides comprehensive insight into their products. My family and I use several of their products along side traditional medicine and prevention techniques. Rita ,the owner, is amazingly knowledgeable! CBD oil is not just for human consumption for ailments. We were referred to Hemp House by our Vet, Dr. Wood, to get CBD oil for Louie, our 16 yr old arthritic dog. Three doses later and our dog who could not stand can walk and romp around the yard. Rita gave us instructions on dosing and encouraged us to call for any support. Amazing!

Very knowledgeable staff. I was looking to replace the balm I have been using. They let me try thier blam to see if it worked for me. It did almost immediately. Stop in and get some knowledge on the products and how it will help you.

A couple years ago I drove around to several CBD shops along the Blvd when they started cropping up. This one is by far the best!!! Such a nice little shop. Nuleaf is the best brand out there and they carry them. They also have wonderful skin care products, chocolates and teas!

Boutique style inside, with multiple products on display (some you can get yourself others locked behind display understandably). Was asked when we walked in how familiar /comfortable we are with products to help educate or allow us to browse. Will definitely come back here, much more comfortable to shop in than other places I've been in VA Beach /VA so far.
