This is my place. These are my people. Best weed store in Kitsap County. The employees are literally so knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. Clear Choice Cannabis? I gave it one star because I have never been here or any pot store. I am in favor of it being legal but I quit smoking the stuff decades ago and truthfully wish to hell I would have invested the money spent in my 401K now that I am 61. Expensive waste of money!

** Update ** Just learned that 'loyalty pts/discounts' earned at one location are not redeemable at the other. Not enough of an issue to alter Stars rating but felt it needed to be put out there. Maybe that's normal in the industry, idk. ** Update ** Since posting this review the customer service has improved dramatically. That particular employee seems to have left and their website (while still slow) does work better now. If they could just keep the inventory up to date. I know, I know.....baby steps :) Either way, they have earned an upgrade in stars from me. If it weren't for their location relative to me and competitive pricing I wouldn't even give them 1 star....now. Not long ago they would have received at least 4 stars from me. Let's start with their website. Sure, it's just a purchased template from some third-party vendor...but it is completely unusable on my Android phone, Chromebook, or Windows machine, regardless of browser. So attempting to view available stock and filter to what I really want is useless. Pretty much makes it so one has to visit and browse IRL just to see what's available. Which brings up my second peeve. When I started visiting them about 8mo ago they had an inviting and warm staff who was more than helpful with any questions I may have had. On a side note: I've been transitioning from 40yrs of flower smoking to oil vaping and have had many questions, to which they have been most helpful. However, in the past month or so the quality of their staff has declined noticeably. One particular recent addition presents themselves with a 'why are you bothering me at work' attitude. To the point of openly admitting to me that RBF (Resting B**** Face) as their default retail presentation. Having spent a couple decades in the retail industry and another couple in the IT industry I can say with confidence these are both areas of small business management that can make or break a business. Went online to view their menu, because going into any dispensary is a little overwhelming but also fast paced as well, anyhow, apparently their site is ran differently than in store and thankfully my cannabis host still honored the 25% discount which was pretty awesome and recommend one of the THC/CBD sodas, something paradise. So so good. Very nice, always clean, very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly suggest! ✌🏻💜
