I've been here a couple of times and they're consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

They put up ropes! The line is now defined and clear, I never get cut in front of when it's busy anymore. The discounts are great, could be a better rewards system. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a loyal Cinder customer for a lot of years and while they may change their staff around, employees may come and go… they are generally always friendly and I always feel very comfortable and welcome. Even if I’m having a bad day I leave with a smile. Today, Jamie was amazing and helped me pick some wonderful things out. I really enjoy purchasing from a knowledgeable budtender. I've been to all the Cinders in Spokane now, and I can say confidently that the Valley location is the best for diversity of selection and products. Everything from edibles, to topicals, to every type of smoke'able cannabis you can imagine--they've got it here. The showroom is well-lit, organized and clean. 2 ATMs on-site. Plenty of free off street parking. My service experience was prompt, welcoming, and down to earth with a woman named Seline. She's probably about 5'5", Caucasian, with glasses, and purple hair. Her recommendations were on point! Bought a cart for my Dab pen, 2 pre rolls, and some Smokey's edibles. All were excellent. Seline clearly has smoked/used the products she sells because she absolutely nailed her sales with me (recent harvest dates, excellent flavor profiles on strains, not too heavy & not too heady on the highs). I highly recommend Seline.

Cinder valley is The best Place In all of Washington to purchase your flower; help them manage under one license and they will be the number one retailer in customer service in America; I had to give them a hard choice with me in my experience with the north town store which lead to me crying in the store of the valley store because the north store after charging me more; giving me a quarantined strains; after spending over 180 dollars prior to this;the most money I've ever spent in a month with them prior (80) Mindy made me cry and told me I was basically was a liar and that her employees were correct after they stole money from me gave me quarantined goods and worse not listed because well this reveiw is long complicated and educational; in short never go there if you want to be treated like a liar or scumbag for going to where you were recommended in the first place; remind you I am standing in the valley store while dealing with the Manger of another store instead of the valley because my purchase was on a separate license under the same name. I'm disabled don't drive and my wife had to take me everywhere during this process 🙃 we left cannabis and glass because they made my wife leave the store crying. 3/1/22 I did myself because of another store being shady talking over me and not being understanding after they Failed to provide customer service multiple times. Mindy made me almost walk out of the valley store spending nothing instead of 120 dollars (my whole months budget) because I'm sick I need my medicine to stay balanced mentally emotionally etc because im disabled I still had to make the purchase instead of getting customer service i deserved in short NEVER GO TO THE NORTH STORE and the downtown store needs bodyguards out front if that may weird you out; it did for me the first time other then that pleasant experience even though I went that one time ultimately Cinder Valley cares they want you to know your not just a customer and that Jamie today spen

JESSICA was awesome! She was very helpful in picking out my items with helpful suggestion which I definitely needed. I felt her customer service towards me was very genuine and that’s refreshing! Also I’m enjoying Cinders upgraded shop. Been going to Cinder for years now and have had great service and helpful employees. The only advice I’d like to give to improve their store would be there website.. it’s not the easiest to navigate and overall could be better. Thank you again! 😁😁😁😁
