The CBD Store RI

I bought the Special Sauce & Hawaiian Haze buds/flowers a few months ago and they both helped me with my moods, anxiety, and depression which I was diagnosed for professionally. They taste and smell great in their own ways too.

The CBD Store RI probably have the best prices around MA and RI from what I have seen. I just want to emphasize the prices of their flowers which is out of this world so good. Great quality and all in good intentions! Please never change! :)

This place is amazing. Went in today to get a pen. The owner is very knowledgeable about his products. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for cbd or info about cbd.

Very poor experience at this store. Came here for some CBD flower for pain relief from a prior injury. My interaction was with Michael the owner. He came across as the consummate snake oil salesman. Was dispensing all sorts of medical advice as though he were a health care professional. I don’t believe he has any medical training whatsoever. Left with a bad taste in my mouth without purchasing anything. Much better options close by.

As a follow up to your response. I believe my interaction was with the owner. Just because you sell medical cannabis books does not make you an expert. Sorry your business is suffering during the pandemic but fix your attitude and good reviews will follow.

I recently ordered some CBD oil and some candy from their website. I was very pleased with how quickly I received everything. I've tried a lot of different oils and CBD American shaman seemed to be the most effective. I was very pleased to find a product that really works like it says it does. I can't wait for the store to open to see all they have to offer. I would definitely recommend checking out this place for their CBD American Shaman line before going anywhere else!

Michael and his team were knowledgable and helped me and my fiancee find the right CBD product for our cat whom was just diagnosed with cancer. It seems to be helping him. Very friendly service here folks, support local business. Michael sells only quality and at more than fair prices.

Mike and his team were great to work with in all regards. As a production company we met for business and found he was prepared, professional, and accommodating during his television commercial shoot. He really knew his business and how he wanted to present it and worked well with us to seamlessly produce the commercial. Impressed with his knowledge and expertise on CBD products, along with his engaging personality, I bought some topical salve for my wife to give CBD a try. She really loves it and thinks it truly helps ease muscle aches and fatigue. What began as a business meeting has converted me into a loyal customer! Thank you Mike!

(See Update below) I would rate this store 5 stars for the customer service and knowledge about their own products. The full spectrum oil was really good and I enjoyed the effects. I think the prices are fair compared to other CBD stores.

However, what I can’t get behind is the prices on the CBD hemp flower for what it is. It is clearly outdoor grown flower and has a lot of seeds. Why are seeds bad? Because they add to the weight you’re paying for and take the nutrients out of the buds. I took a look at the test results and where the flower is coming from. From what I see, it clearly comes from a well known hemp flower vendor’s wholesale website. Your prices should be similar to the prices on the website. I don’t think you should be the expensive middle man who up-charges to premium prices, especially dealing with the population you’re dealing with.

This is just constructive criticism on how I think your store could improve. I’ve chosen to give you guys 4 stars because I really like your store but the prices on your hemp flower should come down.

EDIT: To respond, you charged me $35 for 4 grams. That is a premium, indoor quality price. Way too much for run of the mill Oregon CBD strains that are literally drying out in warehouses around the country waiting to be sold. I hope you simply made a mistake but it seems like you up-charge in certain situations which is unethical. You also claimed you grow the flower yourself but that is not true. You even took the test results off your website to hide the fact that it is not your flower. Test results should be MANDATORY so people know the strength of what they are smoking and if it has unnecessary chemicals/pesticides. This is especially true for D8 flower which is dangerous to smoke because it is sprayed with chemicals and does not naturally produce in the cannabis plant in high numbers. I am downgrading my review to 1 star because you clearly charged me more than you charge everyone else- mistake or not and you’ve done some unethical things. Also, I can name about 10 vendors that are cheaper than you so to say you are the cheapest is incorrect. You have even raised your prices since my original review.

In my journeys I’ve tried multiple brands of CBD. My experience at the CBD store, has been the best. Michael offers a QUALITY line, and service.
He is knowledgeable, helpful, and generous.
It’s a clean environment that just feels GOOD.
